This arched steel-framed doorway does more than frame the view. It gives the room options. Closed, it creates a calm, focused study. Open, it connects seamlessly back into the flow of the home.

The glazing was a deliberate choice. It keeps sightlines clear so the space can transform into a playroom for kids when needed in future. You still feel connected, even when the doors are shut and the noise is softened.

It beautifully shows how spaces don’t need to be fixed to a single purpose. When they’re designed properly, they evolve with how you live.

Step inside Project Lion House.

A home where the original character does a lot of the talking, and the design knows when to step in and when to hold back.

We’ve kept the period details intact, then layered in a more modern way of living. Clean lines, considered materials, and spaces that feel easy to move through.

It’s that balance we’re always aiming for. Timeless, but made for how people live now in London.

This scheme was all about balance through texture and tone.

We designed a bespoke headboard in @delecuona velvet to anchor the room, then layered in @dedarmilano mohair cushions to soften and add depth without overwhelming the palette. The @portaromanauk lamps bring in a sculptural element, while the @poradafurniture blue leather bedside tables introduce a subtle contrast that keeps it from feeling flat. The @knotsrugs piece grounds everything and ties the colours together.

It’s a good example of how a restrained palette can still feel rich when the materials are doing the work.
