Tell us about your space

Start by completing our design questionnaire. Share inspiration imagery and lifestyle priorities. The more you tell us, the better we can tailor the design.

Process #2

Design Discovery call

A one-to-one video call where we get to know your space, your lifestyle and your vision in detail, whether you’re working on a single room or several. This is the conversation that shapes everything that follows, and it’s where we recommend the right level of studio support for you. We’ll follow up with your project fee,
so you know exactly what’s ahead before we begin.

Design development

Once you’re ready to go ahead, this is where the studio gets to work: planning your space, choosing
materials, curating furniture and lighting selections.

Process #4

Concept mood board

We send you a concept mood board capturing the direction of your design, ready for your feedback
before we move to final detail.

Process #5

Review changes

We will discuss the concept mood board and refine where needed.

Process #6

Final design pack

Your completed design pack contains everything you need to shop and implement the design. Sourcing links, specification detail and two price points per item, ready for you to move forward at your own pace.

Every project starts with a Design Discovery call, a chance for us to talk through your space and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll recommend the package that’s right for you, and confirm your fee for each room based on our current Design Fees. And your £300 Design Discovery fee always counts toward your project once you go ahead.

A fully designed room. Considered, resolved and ready to shop. We do the creative work and you implement it at your own pace, with a curated shopping list and direct links for every piece. Ideal for clients who want a professional, elevated interior with clear sourcing direction, but do not need full spatial planning or a floor plan. A cohesive, elevated room, ready to bring to life.

The complete studio experience. Every layer of the room resolved. If your project grows into a full renovation, structural work or a complete redesign from architecture through to delivery, we are well placed to support that too. Your questions, answered

Your discovery consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes and takes place via Zoom. We will discuss your space, requirements, aesthetic direction and project goals, covering everything we need to get started.

It’s usually the little things you don’t notice straight away that make the biggest difference. The way a lamp sits beside a chair. The book left on the coffee table. The artwork that fills an otherwise empty wall. The cushion that brings two colours together. None of these decisions are going to stop you in your tracks on their own. But take them away, and you’ll feel that something is missing.

If you’re designing a room and everything is starting to look a little too coordinated, this is probably where we’d tell you to stop matching. Some of the combinations we come back to most often are the ones that shouldn’t work on paper. Carmine velvet and cool Carrara marble. A soft velvet headboard against a much more graphic panoramic wallpaper. Warm white walls with patterned tiles. Dove grey panelling with deep, textured green upholstery. The trick is finding the point where two very different materials bring something out in each other. The marble gives the velvet a little more edge. The wallpaper makes the headboard feel richer. The tiles stop the white walls from feeling flat. That’s how you start creating a room with a point of view. Not by finding things that match, but by finding things that make each other more interesting.

For the guest bedroom’s scheme at Project Lion House, we kept the foundations soft and understated, then let the details do the talking. Warm terracotta, deep red and touches of ochre bring depth to the neutral backdrop, while the patterned cushions and throw add just enough texture to make the room feel relaxed rather than overly polished. The result is the kind of room that makes you want to close the door, put your phone down and stay there for a while.
