Set on a tree-lined road just moments from Wandsworth Common, this handsome family home has been reimagined through a full-service commission that took the project from concept to completion. Our team secured planning permission, provided a comprehensive interior design package, and oversaw project management to deliver a home that blends architectural impact with effortless comfort. The transformation begins on the ground floor, where significant structural alterations created a dramatic first impression. The kitchen and dining areas were completely reimagined, relocating the kitchen to the opposite side of the house and adding a generous walk-in pantry. Opposite sits a sleek bar adjoining the dining area – the perfect setting for entertaining – while the garden itself has been beautifully landscaped to include a dedicated outdoor kitchen.

At the rear, a bold extension plays with materiality to striking effect. A stepped brick detail frames the vast picture window, with London stock brickwork contrasted by Portland stone fascia and heritage steel glazing bars, balancing texture and elegance.

Upstairs, the first floor has been almost entirely reconfigured to create a luxurious principal suite. A walk-in wardrobe and a statement bathroom combine indulgence with practicality, featuring a double vanity, double shower, and a sculptural freestanding bath positioned in the bay window for a moment of quiet retreat.
