This Victorian townhouse in Prime Central London underwent a meticulous refurbishment, harmoniously blending period character with contemporary sophistication. With planning permission secured, Project London embarked on a back-to-brick renovation, ensuring every aspect of the home was reimagined for modern living while preserving its historic elegance.
The layout was refined to enhance both flow and functionality. Traditional wall panelling was reinstated, complementing the high ceilings and architectural detailing. Bespoke joinery was crafted throughout, integrating advanced technology, including discreet air conditioning and Lutron lighting, to provide optimal comfort without compromising aesthetics.
Externally, all windows and the roof were replaced, improving energy efficiency and reinforcing the home’s classic exterior. A thoughtfully designed garden now extends the living space outdoors, offering a private retreat within the bustling city. This project showcases our ability to blend timeless elegance with contemporary convenience, delivering a beautifully curated home that respects its Victorian heritage while embracing modern design.
