Over the past year, we doubled our revenue and significantly expanded our portfolio of large scale residential projects across the UK. What matters most to us is not just growth, but the type of work we are being trusted to deliver. Average project values have doubled, driven by increasing demand for comprehensive, end to end residential renovations.

Founded in 2020, we have grown into a 23 strong team of RIBA chartered architects, interior designers and project managers. That integrated structure remains central to how we work. By bringing architecture, interiors and delivery together, we maintain clarity and control from concept through to completion.

The article also highlights some of our recent projects, including the full refurbishment of a 19th century hunting lodge in St John’s Wood, alongside substantial family homes in Wimbledon and Wandsworth. Alongside this, we achieved a 98 percent planning approval rate, securing 71 approvals across 14 London boroughs since inception.

Looking ahead, our pipeline now exceeds £32 million, with landmark projects in Notting Hill, Holland Park and Kensington, as well as expansion into the Middle East. The opening of our first international office in Dubai, led by Sam McArdle, marks an exciting new chapter for the studio.
