Once a series of small, disconnected rooms, this Prime Central London apartment has been thoughtfully transformed into a bright, spacious, and sophisticated home. Our design approach sought to maximise light and flow while respecting the property’s heritage and architectural integrity.

The reconfiguration introduced a seamless transition between living areas, creating an open-plan layout that feels expansive yet intimate.

A palette of natural materials and neutral tones allows for a timeless aesthetic, while contemporary elements, such as monolithic porcelain slabs and bespoke heritage steel doors, add striking focal points.

Bespoke joinery was integrated throughout, providing tailored storage solutions and enhancing the home’s refined, minimalist aesthetic. This project exemplifies our ability to harmonise tradition and modernity, delivering a home that is as elegant as it is functional, perfectly suited to the needs of its discerning owners.

A beautiful building on one of London’s most prestigious roads deserved nothing less than our full care and attention. We were appointed to reconfigure the layout to enhance both the property’s appeal and its overall value.

Having worked with this developer client on several previous projects, we were perfectly in sync, which made designing a compact yet highly functional apartment a real pleasure. With 3.5-metre ceilings, characterful period detailing, and luxurious finishes throughout, the scheme was anchored by striking steel Crittall-style doors to the living room. The result was a refined, timeless interior - and a swift sale on completion.
