Jonathan Mount
With nearly two decades advising clients on the sale and acquisition of prime London property, Jonathan instinctively knows how to unlock value through design. He is commercially astute and solutions-focused, bringing clarity, creativity and good humour to every project. Clients working with Jonathan can expect a steady hand, creative insight and an ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture. Outside of work, Jonathan leads a very active lifestyle. A former rugby player and lifelong sports fan, he follows his beloved Bath and enjoys family life in south-west London with his wife and two young daughters.
Sam McArdle
With a long career advising clients as a buying agent in prime central London, Sam developed a sharp eye for opportunity and a clear understanding of what clients truly value. His experience with both UK and international clients gives him an instinctive grasp of their expectations and how best to guide them through the renovation journey. He is commercially minded and driven to build a reputable brand, where good design and good service go hand in hand. Outside of work, Sam enjoys personal property development and family life with his wife and three young children. Health and fitness play an important part in his routine, alongside a love of sport, whether on the golf course, tennis court or padel court. He also enjoys travelling, new experiences and exploring London’s dining scene.
Rupert Hitchcock
Since joining Project London, Rupert has headed up delivering high-end residential projects often within heritage buildings, driving projects forward with clarity and vision. With over seventeen years of prior experience in commercial office and multi-unit residential schemes, Rupert brings comprehensive skills spanning large-scale new builds, deep retrofit, substantial budget management and an in-depth technical knowledge. This experience allows Rupert to capably bridge heritage sensitivity with contemporary architectural delivery. Cyclist, parent of two, and fifty houseplants. Rupert is fuelled by coffee and vicarious childhood adventure.
Maisie Crafter
As Head of Architecture at Project London, Maisie leads projects from concept through completion with a focus on historical and listed buildings. With a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology, she brings both technical knowledge and practical experience to the challenges of working with heritage sites. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring new places across Europe on short breaks, and making the most of London life with friends and family.
Sophie Booth
Marcelina Janiszewska
Marcelina is Head of Interior Design at Project London, where she oversees projects and works closely with clients to deliver refined, timeless spaces. She holds a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture and Design and is a BIID Associate, bringing a European sensibility to high-end residential design. Her award-winning portfolio spans Chelsea townhouses to Listed Marylebone apartments, with work featured in Living Etc, Homes & Gardens, and Elle Decoration. Outside the studio, Marcelina enjoys Pilates, yoga, and hiking: pursuits that ground her and inspire the balance she brings to her interiors.
Chris Varnham
Chris is Procurement Manager at Project London, with a background in high-end residential projects. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Audio Technology and specialises in managing procurement and supplier coordination to ensure seamless project delivery. Splitting his time between south-west London and south Devon, Chris enjoys surfing (despite admitting he’s not very good), travelling, hiking, and exploring new culinary experiences.
Jorge Calzada
Hailing from Madrid and a graduate of its renowned ETSAM University, Jorge is an ARB-registered Senior Architect with extensive experience in London’s high-end residential market. His architectural approach is deeply influenced by his practice as an urban sketcher and artist. This dual perspective balances architectural precision with the spontaneity of ink, allowing him to meticulously guide projects from concept to completion with a unique focus on character, detail, and the human experience of space. When not drawing or designing, he can often be found jogging through London’s streets in search of inspiration.
Aubin Torck
Aubin is an architect with four years’ experience in the London high-end residential sector, where he has developed a passion for creating bespoke and characterful designs. After studying at the University of Kent, he went on to qualify as an Architect at the University of Westminster. Originally from France and raised in China, his experience extends beyond the UK, having worked in China and Belgium on projects of varying scale. He is passionate about travel and exploring new cultures through architecture. Outside of work, Aubin is a keen cyclist and rugby fan who enjoys spending time outdoors and taking on hands-on DIY projects at home. As a father of two young children, family is a big part of his life.
Claudia Franceschi
With a passion for creating spaces that balance beauty, purpose, and personality, Claudia has shaped award-winning residential and commercial projects, with her work featured in AD UK, AD Italia, Living Etc., House & Garden, and more. She holds a BA in Interior Architecture and Design from a London Metropolitan University and spent over a decade working in London with international clients. Now based in Dubai, Claudia brings a multi-cultural perspective to her work, adapting design solutions to suit diverse clientele and contexts. Her approach blends storytelling, FF&E expertise, and project management to deliver interiors that feel both refined and deeply personal. Beyond the studio, Claudia finds inspiration in movement and sunshine – she’s an avid runner, Pilates enthusiast, and matcha devotee who never misses a chance to spend time outdoors.
Deanna Seymour
Deanna is an Architect and Project Manager at Project London, with experience spanning residential extensions, new builds, community projects, and social housing. She is ARB-registered and RIBA-accredited, with a strong focus on communication, risk management, and tailored design solutions. Deanna ensures each project is delivered with clarity, quality, and care.
Fern Ford
Fern is an Architect who has been working between practice and education since 2015, completing her RIBA Part 3 at the Architectural Association. With a strong foundation in both commercial and residential design, she brings a creative yet realistic approach to projects, combining concept-driven thinking with technical delivery. Her passion lies in creating functionally elegant spaces, delivering thoughtful, high-quality architecture. Outside of work Fern enjoys travelling the world and taking her little watercolour set with her to capture the beautiful sceneries. She also enjoys reading a good book with a strong cup of coffee (no sugar, no milk) and baking delicious Brazilian treats.
Gemma Luteijn
Gemma is an innovative interior designer with a broad range of experience in luxury residential design. With a BA in textiles, her in-depth understanding of colour and pattern results in seamlessly integrated, timeless schemes. Thoughtfully layered fabrics, finishes, and textures add depth and a sense of cohesion throughout. Having worked on both classic and contemporary properties, Gemma’s holistic approach curates interiors sympathetic to the architecture’s integrity. Always seeking a challenge, Gemma enjoys the adrenaline of competing in fitness competitions and running events to continually develop her endurance and set new goals. This pairs perfectly with a healthy addiction to sweet treats and travelling to new destinations!
Peter Gill
Peter is an architect from the Netherlands with experience in high-rise, modular, and sustainable design. He loves turning ideas into healthy, beautiful homes and enjoys bringing together creativity, clear communication, and technical precision. Outside of work, you’ll often find him tinkering with classic cars and motorbikes, making his own furniture, or volunteering.

Alexandra is an Architectural Assistant currently completing her Master’s in Architecture at the Royal College of Art. Having completed BA (Hons) at Central Saint Martins, Alexandra supports the team with design development, technical drawings, research, and project coordination. Outside of work, she balances her time between ongoing study, extracurricular projects, sport, and travel.
Yana Borisova
Yana is a Junior Interior Designer at Project London, supporting projects from concept to delivery. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Architecture from Central Saint Martins and has four years’ experience in architecture and interiors. Yana contributes to the creation of thoughtful, well-executed residential spaces.
Hannah Bakewell
As Office Manager at Project London, Hannah ensures the studio runs smoothly using her background in administration, recruitment, and client support. Outside work, she evented horses for the South West team, a passion that shaped her resilience and team style. She brings that same energy into building a supportive, collaborative environment for her colleagues.
Cesar Filho
Cesar has extensive experience in social media, from shaping the brand presence of luxury resorts abroad to refining strategies in agency settings. For the past three years, he’s worked with an award-winning interior designer, bringing creative projects to life across digital platforms. Outside work, Cesar loves travelling, exploring new cultures, and sharing his favourite Brazilian foods. He also makes a delicious carrot cake that’s sure to delight!
Samantha Abrahams
Sam is an Accountant at Project London, managing bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting to ensure the company’s finances run smoothly. Since joining in June 2023, she has brought extensive experience as both an accountant and bookkeeper. Sam supports the day-to-day running of the business as well as its longer-term financial planning.
Faten Farhat
Driven by a passion for growth and new experiences, Faten relocated from Sweden to London to embark on a new phase of life. This move inspired Faten to pursue a degree in Accounting and Finance, where Faten developed a strong academic foundation and engaged with people from a wide range of cultures. Alongside these studies, working at a construction company provided valuable practical experience and insight into real-world business operations. Outside the professional journey, Faten enjoys spending time with family and practising yoga, which helps Faten stay grounded and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Holly Musa-Yayi
Holly is a Procurement Assistant at Project London, focusing on supplier communication and purchasing. With three years’ experience in finance, she brings an analytical approach to procurement. Holly enjoys developing smart, efficient solutions that support the smooth delivery of projects.
Shivani Shivakumar
With a background in architecture and interior design, Shivani brings both creativity and precision to her role as Procurement Assistant at Project London. Her design expertise supports a detail-oriented, practical approach, helping to smooth procurement processes. Shivani enjoys collaborative environments and contributing to projects where design and efficiency go hand in hand. Outside of work, Shivani loves to travel, explore new places, and soak up good architecture and great food. A passionate photographer, she enjoys capturing moments and places, creating thoughtful frames, and she loves building memories with friends and family. She also leads an active lifestyle and is always up for a new adventure.
Liz Axten
Liz is a Non-Executive member of our Board of Directors, with 25 years’ experience in people-oriented businesses, often serving luxury brands and HNW consumers. Liz specialises in guiding some of the UK’s fastest growing companies through the implementation of sustainable commercial and customer experience strategies. From her home and HQ in Oslo, Liz works across the UK, the Nordics and the Middle East, and she splits her focus between the three markets while also spending time with her young family.
Mary Laws
Mary (ACMA) is a fractional professional services Finance Director with more than 20 years of experience in helping support growing professional services businesses with their financial infrastructure and commercial planning. She offers expertise in process, systems and reporting, advising across a number of industry sectors. Based in North Kent, Mary unwinds with coastal walks and exploring with her family.
