Situated in Bayswater, this Prime Central London apartment was redesigned with a keen focus on maximising both space and value. Purchased by a developer seeking to capitalise on the area’s gentrification, the apartment underwent a full reconfiguration to enhance both its usability and market appeal.

A spacious open-plan kitchen and reception area form the heart of the home, offering a perfect blend of functionality and refined aesthetics.

The layout was optimised to accommodate four generously proportioned double bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms within just 140 sqm, showcasing our ability to create intelligently designed spaces. Industrial-inspired touches, such as heritage steel doors and raw material finishes, lend the home a contemporary yet timeless appeal. Bespoke joinery was meticulously crafted to enhance both storage and visual continuity. This project is a testament to our ability to create high-value, highly desirable living spaces that cater to the demands of modern urban life.

This project involved transforming two compact two-bedroom flats into one elegant four-bedroom family apartment, perfectly positioned on Queensway with views across Hyde Park.

Working closely with a property developer, our focus was on maximising value while delivering a luxury, contemporary finish that remained cost-effective. Achieving that balance was both challenging and rewarding. Set amidst the lively atmosphere of Queensway’s regeneration, it was exciting to see the wider transformation of the area unfold as we brought this home to life.
