Working closely with a property developer, our focus was on maximising value while delivering a luxury, contemporary finish that remained cost-effective. Achieving that balance was both challenging and rewarding. Set amidst the lively atmosphere of Queensway’s regeneration, it was exciting to see the wider transformation of the area unfold as we brought this home to life.
