Project London featured in Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms: March edition
The feature focuses on one of our recent utility room projects created in collaboration with Cor Domi, and it perfectly captures something we care deeply about: designing hardworking spaces that feel just as considered as the kitchen itself.
Utility rooms are often treated as purely practical. For us, they’re an opportunity to bring calm, order and beauty into the everyday. In this project, that meant layering smart storage, durable materials and warm finishes to create a room that works effortlessly for a busy family, without ever feeling clinical.
As our senior interior designer Marcelina Janiszewska shared in the piece:
“One of the smartest features of the four-storey laundry chute, which drops directly into the room — a family-friendly detail that keeps daily life running smoothly.”
That balance of form and function sits at the heart of how we design. Full-height cabinetry maximises storage, a generous worktop creates space for sorting and folding, and carefully chosen finishes elevate the room beyond pure utility. The result is a space that feels integrated, intentional and built around real life.
We’re proud to see this project recognised as part of a wider conversation about how pantries and utility rooms are evolving, no longer hidden afterthoughts, but essential, design-led spaces within the modern home.
If you’re planning a renovation or simply rethinking how your home works behind the scenes, we’d love to help.
